What is your shipping policy?
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING is NOW included in the sale of my jewelry! I typically ship USPS Priority Flat Rate Boxes. I can ship to a home address or a P.O. Box.
Canada & International Shipping Rate Apply.
Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST and throughout the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

International Shipping Policies
You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you as Radiant Gem Designs has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Radiant Gem Designs, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Refused Shipments
If you choose to refuse your shipments from Radiant Gem Designs, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Radiant Gem Designs.
Privacy
Radiant Gem Designs takes the utmost care to ensure your privacy. However, I'm required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

What is your online return policy?
I want you to love your jewelry and feel confident with your purchase. Please note that I am a small business, sole proprietor, and my jewelry is handmade by Anah. There are variations in gems and pearls that are not only natural but desirable. They add character and distinction to your wearable art. Please contact me with any questions or problems you may have and I will do my best to answer your request with efficiency and integrity.
How do I submit a return?
Please reach out to me with questions within 3 days of receiving your shipment if you are considering a return. Allow 2 business days for me to answer your request, which will not count towards your return window. If you have any questions, please email directly at:

How do I submit a repair?
Pieces purchased on RadiantGemDesigns.com come with a one-year warranty against all manufacturing defects. Your item will be repaired free of charge. If your purchase is beyond one year, I offer repair services for a minimal fee + shipping charges.
Every Radiant Gem Design piece is hand crafted by Anah. Please allow 1-2 weeks for my repair services.
